3 reasons why clean eating is bs
This is one of the most common misconceptions. It's stopping so many people from making better lifestyle decisions. They think they have to go "all in" and give up all of their favorite foods in order to get any results. For others that can make the switch (my hat is off to you), it's still not delivering everything they want. We're conditioned to believe that there's a certain group of "good and healthy" food to eat. And if we just stick to those all of our health, weight, or appearance goals will be met. Truth is our bodies don't work like that. I wouldn't ever be able to stick to a "clean diet" and the great thing is I don't have to. 1- No one can even define what clean eating is. Ask 10 people and every one of them will have a different idea of what clean eating is. And when we don't know what rules to follow we don't know what's actually giving us results.
