FAQ

1- how often do I work out?

Actually, I don't work out nearly as much or as often as you think. I spend about 3 hours working out per week at most.

2- I must be a runner, swimmer, an athlete since youth, a dancer and a bunch of similar assumptions.

None of the above. I'm actually pretty anti-talented for sports. I tried a lot of them when growing up and sucked at all. This is why I became a trainer when I figured out how simple fitness can be.

3- I must be extremely strict with my diet to look like this.

Nope again. I eat more than you can imagine. I just know how to select food properly and in what amounts. Also, I eat a lot more of the "guilty pleasure" foods than you'd imagine. I actually hate that term but it's the easiest way to describe it.

Life is meant to be enjoyed and I enjoy food, okay? There are certain principles that need to be respected that depend on each of our goals but pasta, pizza, fries and donuts can be part of your diet too all while you walk around with abs.

No one, unfortunately, asks this but I have to add how I work out.

My body is a result of me getting as muscular as I can be. And this is all muscle I can gain. I can't get any more muscular than this and "turn into a man". This is impossible for a woman that's not using steroids.

I'm telling you this because I still encounter even men (remember I'm a trainer) that are afraid of "getting too big". You can't get too big by accident. This happens after years of smart training and smart nutrition.

Also for many stupid reasons, a lot of people are afraid of lifting weights and strength training. This again is not only stupid but it's holding so many people back from reaching their fitness goals. I was one of them. When I discovered how simple. fast and easy this type of training can be (when done right of course) I just fucking had to go tell others.

This type of training is actually safer than running or playing team sports.

So that's it for now. I sincerely hope that this was helpful to you.

Love ya all!

Dee
